▸60 minutes is perfect for a complete focus session on just one or two areas of the upper or lower body.
 

 ▸90 Minutes is great for a full body massage with 2 areas of focus to concentrate on or a thorough upper or lower concentration session.

▸120 Minutes is best suited for full body therapeutic massage where multiple areas of focus are concentrated on. This amount of time is great for being able to spend the time necessary to work out areas of need plus the contributing areas!

Relaxation

This is a general maintenance massage for reducing stress and increasing circulation, helping to keep you at your best. It is best to stay ahead and keep your body feeling good before you even notice aches and pains!

Prenatal

Help reduce the aches and pains of pregnancy with a prenatal massage. There is no extra cost associated with this service. Selecting it just gives the therapist time to set up for the service before you come to the appointment.

CBD Upgrade

Upgrade your therapeutic or relaxation massage!
This service uses a general CBD cream for all areas and a more concentrated CBD salve plus hot towels on the focus area(s).

Muscle Comfort Upgrade

Upgrade your massage!
Caters more towards therapeutic massage but could also be used for relaxation. A muscle comfort cream is used for all areas and an area(s) of focus will receive hot towels and Tiger Balm salve to help relax stubborn Muscles.

Aromatherapy

Upgrade your therapeutic or relaxation massage!
This service includes hot towels and your choice of aromatherapy.
(Cannot be combined with prenatal or Muscle Enhancement)

Hot Stone Massage

Hot stone massage is an excellent way to take your relaxation to the next level or use the heat to help release muscle tension without having to work deeper during therapeutic focused sessions. 
(Please note if you have diabetes heat therapies are contraindicated and for safety we cannot provide this service.)

Cupping (FREE)

Cupping uses suction to pull an area of skin into a cup that decompresses muscles and connective tissue. This promotes blood flow to the compromised area, enhances circulation and helps to increase the body’s own healing processes. This service can be added to any session for no extra charge.
**This service cannot be performed on clients using blood thinning medication.



Medical Massage

Packages may be negotiated if you are coming in seeking therapeutic services due to injury or rehabilitation assistance. Booking an initial visit for a therapeutic massage is recommended so we can discuss what you have going on and make a plan for you.
